Delivery

 

Costs: Our price of £24.99 is inclusive of delivery (UK only).

Despatch: For the majority of our orders we use Royal Mail's First Class, Recorded Signed for Service (for UK deliveries).

 

Times: Royal Mail aim to deliver by the next working day from the day bright-sparx despatch you order (for UK deliveries only).

 

Undelivered Items: The Royal Mail's First Class, Recorded Signed for Service requires a signature on delivery, although this does not necessarily have to be the actual person named on the package. In the event that there is no-one at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left letting you know that Royal Mail cannot deliver the item. Recorded items are held for one week at your local sorting office.

 

Multiple Orders: For orders of more than 3 games please contact us at info@bright-sparx.co.uk. Thank you.

 

Overseas Delivery: for European deliveries, the cost of the game including delivery is £29.99. For Worldwide deliveries the cost of the game including delivery is £34.99.

Returns

 

Our Returns & Refund Policy: We offer a full refund only for those goods that are returned as damaged, incomplete or undeliverable. However, if the packaging is unopened we will comply with the EU Direct Selling Regulations. We also supply reasonable requests for replacement parts, free of charge.

Damaged Goods Procedure: Upon receipt of the damaged item we will despatch a replacement by return or offer a full refund in line with our returns policy.

Secure Payment

 

Credit Card Safety: Ordering online with us is guaranteed to be safe and secure. Financial information (for example: credit card numbers & expiry dates) is directly processed using a secure bank transaction - online transactions are handled for us by Worldpay.

Worldpay uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer, Thawte and Worldpay unique encryption systems. When you fill in the payment form and click the Submit button, your details are not sent straight away. First a secure link is set up between your Internet browser and Worldpay and an encryption code is requested and received, which then 'wraps' the order and transaction details before leaving your computer. No other third party will have access to the information you provide. Your credit card information is never re-used except to issue refunds if the need should arise.

 

Our Privacy Policy: why we collect certain information & how we use it. When you place an order with us we need to know your name, address, email address, credit/debit card number and the card's expiry date (and also the issue number for some debit cards). This allows us, in conjunction with Worldpay, to process and fulfil your order(s).

We also ask for your telephone number - enabling us to contact you in the unlikely event there is a problem with your order.

We may also use the information to notify you of exciting new developments in the GOING UNDERGROUND® product range and web site functionality. If you would prefer not to receive this information send an email to info@bright-sparx.co.uk and type "unsubscribe" in the subject field.

Is there a minimum order? No, there is only a minimum quantity for trade orders (multiples of 6 games per order).

Is there a limit to how many games I can order? You can order up to 3 games through our web site. For orders of more than 3 games please email us at info@bright-sparx.co.uk.

 

What are the delivery costs? There are no delivery costs for deliveries within the UK. For deliveries outside the UK please refer to our overseas delivery costs on our Delivery page.
